Built around the hearing,
not the file

Practice management for advocates and litigation firms in India, from 2 to 30 lawyers. Capture a hearing outcome in ten seconds, and the diary, the client update, the fee and the risk list follow.

What breaks today

A paper diary and a flood of status calls

01

Cases fall through the cracks

A missed next date or an unnoticed limitation window can mean a lost matter and a liability claim, and a paper diary cannot warn anyone.

02

The status call never ends

Partners and clerks lose hours every day to calls that a one-line update would have prevented.

03

Fees drafted late, dates missed

Appearances and consultations go unbilled because nobody logged them, and limitation dates are tracked by memory.

How it works

One calm loop for every hearing day

The firm's work already produces the data it needs. Lexora makes capturing it effortless, and the rest follows.

  1. 01

    Today's Board

Every listing for the day, with the advocate attending each one. Tomorrow's board is ready tonight.

  2. 02

    Ten-second outcome capture

One tap for the outcome, one for the next date, with adjournment attribution and an optional voice note.

  3. 03

    Diary and Danger List update

The office diary updates itself, and anything incomplete lands on the Danger List.

  4. 04

Client update on WhatsApp or SMS

A factual, firm-approved, Bar Council-safe update goes to the client in English, Malayalam or Hindi.

  5. 05

    Fee drafted, approved, invoiced

A fee entry drafts itself from the outcome, is approved by the firm, becomes a GST invoice, and goes out with a UPI link.

Capabilities

Every module, with its honest status

Each card shows where the module stands today. Anything marked Planned is on the roadmap and not yet in the product.

Day Timeline

Live

An honest, record-based view of a person's day, assembled from work events rather than claims.

Legal Research

Planned

Will search across licensed providers and court sources in one place, with BNS and BNSS dual-referencing.

Intake & Conflicts

Partly live

Conflict checks against the firm's client and opposing-party index, tolerant of spelling and transliteration, with risk-scoped KYC and a recorded approval chain.

Compliance Pack

Partly live

One-click DPDP audit packs and a 72-hour breach-response runbook.

Client updates send automatically once the firm connects its own WhatsApp Business API credentials; until then they are prepared for manual send.

Intelligence

A risk list and a day timeline built on records, not claims

Lexora shows what the firm's own entries say. The Danger List and the Day Timeline are assembled from recorded work events, and AI Assist is planned to build on the same record.

  • The Danger List holds only real problems: no next date, a date passed, a limitation window, a missing outcome. Items clear only when a person fixes the underlying issue.
  • Limitation tracking is marked "computed — verify", so a lawyer always checks the date.
  • The Day Timeline is assembled from work events, giving an honest view of a day without anyone having to report it.
  • AI Assist (planned) will summarise orders, prepare hearing briefs, build chronologies and draft from the firm's own precedents. Every output will be source-linked and reviewer-gated.

Attendance uses point-in-time stamps at check-in — there is no live location map and no continuous tracking.

Who it is for

For firms too big for memory and too small for enterprise software

Advocates and litigation firms

Teams of 2 to 30 lawyers who want every hearing captured and every client kept informed, without living on the phone.

Clerks and office managers

A dedicated Clerk Panel and filings pipeline, so invisible work such as verifications and copies is recorded and valued.

Managing partners and institutional clients

A five-second view of the firm's pulse for partners, and a sober read-only portal for institutional clients and NRIs.

Questions

Common questions

What happens after a hearing?

The advocate records the outcome and the next date in about ten seconds, optionally with a voice note. The office diary updates, the client gets an approved factual update, a fee entry drafts itself, and anything incomplete goes onto the Danger List.

Does Lexora replace the diary?

It replaces the paper diary with a shared office diary that is updated by the hearing capture itself. Alongside it, the Danger List flags a missing next date, a date that has passed, a limitation window or a missing outcome.

Are client messages safe under Bar Council rules?

Updates are factual status only, with no solicitation patterns, and are firm-approved with per-client consent and language choice. Sensitive matters are held for manual send. Sending on WhatsApp needs the firm's own Business API credentials; until then updates are prepared for manual send.

Does it work on a phone, in court?

Court Mode is a native iOS and Android app plus an installable mobile web version, with offline-first capture. It is built and in hardening. Advocates see My Day, and management also gets a Team view.

How are data and access protected?

Data is hosted in India and encrypted at rest. Access is role-based for partners, advocates, clerks and accounts, with MFA and device sessions, and an immutable audit log records every change. A Compliance Pack for DPDP audits is partly live.

What is live today, and what is planned?

The daily loop, team performance, filings, reports and admin and audit are live, while client updates and fee collection switch on with the firm's integration credentials. AI Assist and Legal Research are planned, and Intake & Conflicts, the Compliance Pack and the Client Portal are partly live. Each capability card shows its status.
