Every instrument, job and certificate,
clause-mapped

AICOS Calibration runs an ISO/IEC 17025 calibration laboratory on one system: the instrument register, calibration jobs, certificates and reminders. Essential suits a small lab, and Enterprise covers the full operation.

What breaks today

A lab can be technically sound and still be exposed in the audit.

01

Due dates slip

Instruments come due and nobody is told in time, so due dates are missed.

02

Certificates are built by hand

Each certificate is assembled by hand, which takes time away from the calibration work itself.

03

No evidence behind the job

There is nothing to show that competency, reference standards and environmental conditions were checked for each job, so accreditation audits expose the gaps.

How it works

A job cannot reach a certificate without passing its checks.

The job board runs from Received to Dispatched. Execute, review and sign are separate grants, so one person cannot do all three.

  1. 01

    Receive and register

The instrument sits in the customer's register with make, model, serial, sensor gases, due date and status, and the job starts at Received.

  2. 02

    Assign the right person

Only staff authorised for the method can be assigned (ISO/IEC 17025 §6.2).

  3. 03

Calibrate with the checks in place

Clause-mapped checks on each job: reference standards and gas cylinders in validity (§6.4–6.5), environmental conditions recorded (§6.3), results and uncertainty captured (§7.6–7.7), on H2S and multi-gas worksheets.

  4. 04

    Review, approve and issue

An independent reviewer signs before approval, with e-signature (§7.8). Approval issues the certificate in a single action.

  5. 05

    Dispatch and keep the dates

The job closes on dispatch, and reminders at 30, 15 and 7 days plus overdue go out per customer, with a send log.

Equipment & Assets

Instrument register per customer: make, model, serial, sensor gases, due date and status.

Calibration Jobs

Job board Received, Assigned, In progress, Review, Approved, Dispatched, with H2S and multi-gas worksheets.

Certificates

Certificate register with print and PDF, withdrawal and issuance KPIs.

AI Compliance & Calibration Intelligence

Advisory, labelled, logged and human-confirmed.

Certificate PDF and CSV exports are available in the product.

Intelligence

AI that advises. A person confirms.

AI Compliance & Calibration Intelligence is the AI module in AICOS Calibration Enterprise. It supports the lab's compliance and calibration work, and it never acts on its own.

  • Advisory: it suggests and people decide
  • Labelled: AI output is marked as AI output
  • Logged: every suggestion is recorded
  • Human-confirmed: a person confirms before anything is acted on

Available in Enterprise.

Who it is for

Built for ISO/IEC 17025 laboratories and in-house calibration shops.

Gas detection and instrumentation laboratories whose customers expect traceable certificates and whose accreditation depends on evidence.

Calibration laboratories

ISO/IEC 17025 laboratories and in-house calibration shops in gas detection and instrumentation. Laboratory managers, quality managers and the owners of small labs choose it.

Lab roles

Admin, Technician and Quality roles. Technicians run the jobs, the quality reviewer signs, and the administrator keeps the register and the users.

GCC, Oman first

Built for GCC industrial companies that must prove compliance to a regulator, a client or an accreditation body. The first deployment is at a gas-detector laboratory in Oman.

Editions

Essential for a small lab. Enterprise for the full operation.

Start on Essential, and move to Enterprise when the lab needs more than the core.

Questions

Common questions

How many users does Essential include?

Up to four named users, across the Admin, Technician and Quality roles. Enterprise is scoped to your lab in a proposal.

Can certificates carry our customers' branding?

Customer branding on certificates is included in Essential. A job issues its certificate in a single action when it is approved, and the certificate register supports print and PDF.

How do the reminders work?

Email reminders go out at 30, 15 and 7 days before the due date, and again when an instrument is overdue. They are grouped per customer, the template is editable, and a full send log shows what was sent, so you can show an auditor. Delivery is by SMTP or Resend.

How does the ISO/IEC 17025 workflow work?

Each job carries clause-mapped checks. Assignment is limited to staff authorised for the method, reference standards and gas cylinders must be in validity, environmental conditions are recorded, and results and uncertainty are captured. An independent reviewer then signs with e-signature before approval, and execute, review and sign are separate grants.

Can we move from Essential to Enterprise later?

Yes. Enterprise is Essential plus the additions, so a lab can start with the core and add CRM, billing, standards, competency, mobile field service and AI intelligence when it needs them. We will agree the move with you.

Where is AICOS Calibration hosted?

It runs as cloud hosting on serverless functions with a managed PostgreSQL database. The Calibration app is in English today.
